Our mission is to help clients improve the efficiency of their sales and marketing communications efforts. That means we find ways for them to either significantly reduce input, or substantially increase output, in their sales and marketing communications efforts. Most often these advances come with improved data management, with the application of Automated Marketing Communications tools, or with the latest in testing technologies and techniques.
In the end, it’s a matter of getting more communications out the door at the same or lower costs.
Ultimately, our objective is to help clients capitalize on the principles of Process-Based Marketing, the next step in the evolution of database marketing. Process-Based Marketing will dominate the next twenty years of marketing communications implementation. Technology will supplant the traditional job-based method of managing marketing communications, requiring new techniques, new controls, and improved message control. It’s a far different matter to control one million message variations as opposed to controlling one basic message in one million copies of the same communications piece.
Using technology to increase the customzation of messaging – while managing the "process" rather than the "job" – is the route that will produce the greatest improvement in marketing communications efficiency. That's the destination. That's Process-Based Marketing.
